Price & Payments :

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Only accept clear funds like : Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Cards, etc.

no business or personal cheques allowed.

We retain titles of goods until complete payment received and funds have been cleared.

 

Transportation :

We take no responsibility for any goods damaged or loss during transit.

You should bear transport charges of all warranty items returned to us.

 

Refund Policy:

Please choose carefully. We don't normally give refunds if you

simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can get an exchange where goods are faulty,

wrongly described, different from a sample shown

to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

(If there is out of stock for the same or similar item to exchange,

I.T. Campus may offer credit note or other items with the same value) 

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

 

Warranty :

No claims without original receipt as proof of purchase.

Warranty is void if goods are damaged in anyway (like users misuse or damaged).

We will not be responsible for incomplete or missing items claim after 24 hours of the goods being received by you.

Due to the product nature, defective software will only be replaced with identical software.

We take no responsibility for data or program lost. It’s the customer’s responsibility to backup data before repair or warranty work is undertaken.

Warranty period :

Brand new stock – manufacturers warranty. If not stated, 6 months for general items, one month for accessories, dead-on-arrival for consumable items. 

Used / Refurbished stock – 30 days back to base defects warranty.

Repair services - Hardware : 60 days for the same component with identical fault.

                         Software : no warranty given due to the nature of software issues.

 

For all used / refurbished stock :

Accessories like packaging, user manual, warranty cards, software media like CD, diskettes, etc. are not included in sales.

We do not guarantee the cosmetic conditions, please check carefully before purchase.

We do not guarantee the duration or performance of all consumable items like laptop batteries, ink cartridges, blank CD/DVD, etc.

There may be certain defects, cosmetic issues, etc., please ask and check before purchase. Once accepted and paid, no refund, returns or exchange due to those reasons.

 

For all brand new stock :

You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit during warranty period, only if the products you have bought are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you, or not doing what they are supposed to do.
